At The Fortunaa Avenue, we strive to provide the best hospitality experience to our guests. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, refunds, and modifications are handled for bookings and services.
1. Room Bookings – Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time are eligible for a full refund, subject to applicable payment gateway charges.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Early check-outs are not eligible for refunds.
2. Banquet, Events & Conference Bookings
- Advance payments made for banquets, events, conferences, or club bookings are non-refundable.
- Date changes may be considered based on availability and must be requested at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- Any changes are subject to management approval.
3. Restaurant / Restro & Club Reservations
- Payments made for special reservations, parties, or club events are non-refundable.
- In case of unavoidable circumstances, management may offer a credit note at its sole discretion.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
- Payment gateway or bank charges, if any, are non-refundable.
5. Force Majeure
The Fortunaa Avenue shall not be liable for cancellations or refunds due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen events.
6. Modification of Bookings
- Booking modifications are subject to availability and hotel policy.
- Tariff differences may apply for rescheduled bookings.
7. Management Rights
The management of The Fortunaa Avenue reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
